Started the process of making all the .025 stiffening angles for the ribs. Took some time to get all the tooling setup the way I wanted it but in the end the process was speeding up. Used 1 inch wide strips cut on the band saw and cut them to length using snips. Bent them on the brake that we rigged up. Cut the corners with snips. Used a rivet fan to mark my rivet locations, Used a center punch to mark the locations, then deburred them. I need to pick up some #40 drill bits to drill the holes. Got all the nose rib stiffeners done on this day.
