Completed aileron ribs. Best in my opinion that I have done yet. Learned to debur before flanging was supposed to help from cracking the aluminum however from my experience it made little to no difference at all but it is easier to handle the parts so I will definately debur before bending the parts from now on. Also after getting done with the aileron ribs I was able to use my new 1/8 roundover bit to set the bending radius for my tib jig forming block. I will also be using this jig to form my center ribs. Spent quite a bit of time this morning working on cleaning up my shop with organizing all the jigs I have made a little better. Got the .032 center ribs all cut except for the flap torque tube hole. I have to get a bigger unibit for this one as the fly cutter will not go that small and my current dies and unibits are a little to small.
