Was able to flange the other 3 back ribs tonight. I switched from the hydraulic press to a manual arbor press. This worked fine but did require more work to press than I was willing to exert so I switched back to the hydraulic press but stepped the pressure down to between 1500 and 1700 psi. Was able to remake a new back rib to replace the one I cracked the metal in last night.
