Started making the jigs for the lightening hole flanges today. This took some time. Made the plugs from 1 inch solid oak. Used the jig for bending the edge flanges and created hole bigger than the lightening hole flange. Will have to pick up router 45 degree chamfer bit tomorrow. Rear rib jigs were also created during this time.
