Deburred, prepped and primed the canopy side pin parts. Got some body filler so filled bad spot on canopy fairing and did the canopy hinge body filler step per plans. Spent a while digging out bondo so that the canopy clips will seat. Continued troubleshooting alternator shunt, finally found the bad connection on the wire, remade it, re-assembled all with wire protection. all is well!
