Cut hole for Alternate Air in snorkel, drilled hole for nutplate pass-through and drilled #30 index. Drilled, countersunk, insatlled nutplate, then epoxied air door to snorkel, also used epoxy to fill in the 8 cleco holes from yesterday plus a little patching on bottom cowl. Cut templates and glued them to air ramps. Bent both air ramps and fit acceptably. Installed cowls fully and finished drilling bottom holes in lower cowl. Installed cotter pins in oil door. Section 45 complete!
