Brief Description:  Cowl air inlets, canopy

Borrowed Leigh's engine hoist so I can do a nose high fuel flow test. Al and Joe stopped in so I took the opportunity to pull the canopy off. Put on the fuel tank decals, marked them 25 gallon capacity. Used clay and peel ply to set up the top cowl for epoxy forming, made up a flox mixture and filled in the corners of the air inlets. Secured the wiring on the co-pilots side of the instrument panel. Troubleshot the LED canopy lights further and with help from Tim at SteinAir we got them going. Appeared to be a config issue with the lighting bus. Reinstalled the forward seal on the canopy and glued down the red and white LED strips under the glareshield. Troubleshooting the fuel flow sensor problem with Electronics International tech support led to the discovery of reversed pins in a connector at the GAD27. Need pin extractors to get this done. Called Stein at SteinAir and he's sending me one.
