Sanded and repainted the glareshield yet again. This time I'm happy with it. Tested the CAN bus, found it to be double terminated at one end and open at the other. Reassembled the canopy latch mechanism and put plastic guides back on canopy frame. Latched canopy in place and carefully let it down for the first time since the top skin was installed. There's definitely some interference there, found it and removed it, canopy opens and closes fine now. Dimpled canopy side skins, countersunk canopy sides for the skin and then Lori and I set the canopy on the frame. Cleco'd side skins and shims in place. Installed canopy switcfh wire and screws washers and nuts per plans. Will rivet tomorrow
