Riveted right inboard aileron hinge on aft spar in accordance with SB-16-03-28. Service Bulletin is complete. Drilled #40 and #19 holes on right wing inboard skin, then countersunk skins where they overlap the doublers. Riveted 3/4 of right aft spar to ribs
