Did a full static runup till I saw the prop hit 2730, shutdown and did a pitch adjustment at the hub. Loosened the lock nut and turned the hex shaft in 1 1/2 turns. Second static runup full power went to 2650 which I think is about right. Checked RPM with a digital tach, agrees with instruments within 3 rpm. Installed cowl and prop spinner, ready for flight!
