Bled both sides of brake system, no leaks, no visible air bubbles. Installed horizontal stabilizer, torqued and marked mounting bolts. Installed vertical stabilizer, remembered to put the offset washer on upper pilot side bolt. Torqued and marked bolts. Applied anti-seize to surface of forward spar flange per plans. Cotter pin was very difficult. Lori cleaned the hangar and assisted with tail install.
