Assembled the wheels. Split the hubs, powdered the tires and inner tubes the assembled, inflated and uninflated, made sur the fit was good with no pinches. Torqued the hubs to final values - 99 in/lbs for Matco front wheel and 90 in/lbs for Grove mains.
