Crew showed up to install garage furnace so I had to work around them most of the day. Riveted large spar doubler to aft spar. Riveted flap hinge and doubler to rib, attached rib to spar, drilled #12 bolt holes, installed and torqued bolts then riveted rib. Riveted inboard rt. aileron hinge together. Noticed that bearing was very stiff so drilled out entire assembly. Reassembled with different bearing and all was well. Realized that I had countersunk on both sides of the attach angle so ordered new attach angle and bearing from Vans. Cleco'd rear spar to ribs and final drilled #30 all rib attach holes.
