I am reminded of my lesson to always put the machined head on the smaller, thinner material's side and form the shop head against the thicker or larger material. In the case of frame 1210, the frame is on one side, and there is a small bracket on the other sandwiching a thick brace. The smaller bracket should be the side of the machined head.
It was fun putting the frames together. Easy, but it's starting to look like an airplane.
The hardest part about this day was cleaning up the blue coating.
