Finished through page 7. Three more pages to go. It's looking good. I had a little issue in that I riveted the spar box in two locations that I should have mounted the ribs to later, so I had to drill those rivets out. It wasn't very hard, but I hate rework.
Making the hinges was interesting in that I figured out doing them both a the same time back-to-back clamped together made go much faster and both hinge sections matched. I experimented with fluting more too. Although you should flute ribs flat on a work bench, I find it still takes some adjustment after their mounted on the spar.
I essentially finished the spar, but still need some fluting, and then mount the skins. I'm nearly done with this section. Then on to S10. I will likely skip sections 11 and 12 until I finish the fuselage and am in a position to mount everything on a safe rolling mount.
