I finished. I still need to make shims for the control horns. I think 0.025" on both sides should do. I don't understand why Van's didn't finish the holes for these and why the gap is too wide. Doesn't seem the like the quality they put into everything else. The kit so far is very good and is going quickly.
I have heard most folks are spending about 200-250 hours on the wings, but I don't get that. It's a lot of rivets, but it's mostly repetitive; boring, but should move along easily.
