Countersunk the cowl for AN426-3-4 rivets. Removed 'blue film' and scuffed with Scotchbrite, then painted with self-etching primer. Then back-riveted the louvers into the cowl.
Re-installed on the aircraft, buttoned up the cowl and did a ground taxi test in 90*F OAT, Arizona sunshine. Included a run-up, and data-logging CHT's and other parameters.
