Brief Description: Forming Top Skin Core Rib Flanges (T-Hats)
The foam for the Copilot top skin was cut out and formed to fit. 5 minute epoxy was used to connect the pieces. The Pilot side foam was turned upside down and the inside skin was covered with 1 ply BID and the peel ply'd.
