All of the parts were drawn out onto the covered foam, I then used a jig saw to complete a "slop" cut. I then took it to the band saw to cut slightly oversize (~0.05" or about the width of the band saw blade. I then took each side (right and left) pieces and clamped them, aligning WL if applicable and sanded them together to their final shape. I wasa able to reach about a 0.01" tolerance this way. A side not, I doubt that it is that important to get to that tolerance, But I wanted to make sure that both sides were as equal as possible.
