After the flange cured, the clecos were removed. The cover was fit and trimmed to fit. The holes were drilled for a 10-32 screw. The flange was fit with nutplates. The cover was installed temporarily with some stainless steel 10-32 screws. They are not quite long enough. Also some timmerman washers will need to be installed.
The bottom of the cover still needs to have a flange installed to secure the bottom.
