Nancy and I covered the foam with micro and filled in the remaining gap between the foam and the glass with flox. We layed up the 2 BID layers with an overlap at the center. The first layer dipped into the groove and up onto the glass. We filled the groove with flox. The 2nd layer of carbon fiber went over the top of the flox, trimmed very close to the tape on the glass. The 2 layers UNI were layed up over the carbon in the same fashion. All layers overlapped onto the Turtleback with the ends staggered to provide a smooth end and transition.
