02/02/2008 I cleaned up the shear web and set up the plywood dams on the aft face. Nancy and I layed down 25 layers of UND tape for the spar cap. The extra 2 layers were full length. There was still some room in the center, but we left it. 02/09/2008 I added 5 more layers in the center to fill up the top spar. I made sure that the surface was well prepared. I used an estimated 93 yards of tape. 02/16/2008 I sanded and cleaned up the top spar and started to set up to lay up the bottom spar. 02/23/2008 Set up the plywood dams on the bottom spar cap. Nancy and I layed up the 17 layers of spar cap tape and then added one last full length on top to fill the trough better. Some of the trough is still not completely full.
