Brief Description:  Repair damaged inboard bolt pad on left wing

DUring finishing, the strake and wing joint was cut using a feinmaster tool to get a narrow straight line. The line was not measured accurately near the cowl and it was off about 1/16". This allowed the feinmaster to cut into the top 3 UNI reinforcement layups on the inboard bolt pad (Layup # 4 on attached drawing. The micro filler was removed down to the glass. The damaged portion was removed until LWA2 started to show. The rest was sanded vigourously, removing some of the top layer, but not all of them. The same UND schedule 1-14", 1-10" and 1-6" was layed down over LWA2 and the bushing. The bushing was covered with packing tape so epoxy did not get inside. The entire layup was peel plied. After cure, the bolt bushing was exposed by sanding down through the UND. Repair complete. I did query the Cozy Builders group to see if this was an appropriate repair. I only got positive answers with a few suggestions. They did recommend to remove as much of the original layup to avoid bumps. Since the micro was fairly thick here, I did not see that this was necessary.
