After finishing the sanding of the top of the wing, Stephen, Nancy and I flipped the wing and winglet upside down to start the filling process on the bottom. I found one puncture hole in the wing near the root where the bottom cowl connects. It must have been set down on something at some time in the past.
I cut out about a 1" by 1" square and sanded down an area of about 4" by 4". I cut two UND in the orientation originally usedand filled the small ding in the foam with Micro. I layed up the two UND layers with the larger one on the bottom, I peel plied the layup.
