Brief Description: Cutting Foam Cores - Right Wing
Nancy and I cut out the FC1 section for the right wing. Two errors that I will need to evaluate if I can compensate for. The inboard template has a shrunk paper on it. The T.E line moved back from where it should be by 0.1 in. I did not catch this until after the foam was cut. This error will be correctable by extending the TE. This is where the cowling attaches, so 0.1 inches will not affect this. The other error is at the outboard template (67.5 BL). I did not line the TE line correctly. It is off by about 0.5 inches. I will be able to trim this correctly to get the TE correct, but I will need to check the angle when I get it in the wing jigs.
