Nancy and I finished the shear webs for the left wing today. I layed down the 45° UNI according the shear web schedule in the plans. I micro'd the foam then layed down 2 full length layups at opposite angles. There are two butt splices in each layer. The next 2 went to 39" from the tip of the wing. The last two went to 91 from the tip of the wing. We peel plied all surfaces. The temperature was hovering about 71°F in the garage. This actually helped slow down the cure which was helpful.
