I thought I had all the wing aligned. I started to flox the cores together. At first it looked good. However, I left the cores fore about 45 minutes, when I came back the cores had seperated partially in an odd angle. It had cured too much at this point to seperate. I let it fully cure and then removed it and tried to figure out what went wrong. I discovered that the trailing edges on the jigs were up to .25" off of level. I must have forced them to fit at first and then it popped loose. The right wing core must be remade.
