A piece of foam was fahioned to become the NAV light base at the forward leading edge of the winglet and the end of the wing leading edge.It was sanded to the shape of the LED light base. The foam was connected with 5 minute epoxy. It was then covered with Micro. A hole was dug out where the nav light attachment will be set into using a nutsert. The foam was covered with 1 BID with 1 extra BID over the attachment flange.
