Nancy and Kenneth and I flipped the wing upside down to allow working on the corner joint. The foam wedges were cut out in preperation of adding the 8 BID layup. The inside skin was sanded to the glass. The 8 BID were layed up on foil and then applied to the inside wedges. After the 8 BID were layed down, some foam wedges were installed with a lot of flox to take up all of the open space.
After this cured for about 3 hours, the opposing 8 BID were layed up. The corners were all filled with flox first to provide a good corner bon. 2 BID were extended down to the TE of the winglet.
After this cured for about 2 hours, a foam block was installed using wet Micro. This was allowed to cure.
