The stock cowl was purchased from Featherlite. Since the turtle back was expanded 1.5" up and 1.5" wider, the top stock cowl will need to be modified to fit. The wing root had a ledge layed up using 5 BID to start the support of the cowl. A temporary piece of metal the same thickness as the cowl was used to shape the ledge.
