The Instrument panel had been modifed to inlcude the air vents. The piloit side vent partially interfered with the IP attachment flange to the fuselage. This was trimmed to allow a good fit. A few days earlier, a bed of micro was set on the IP around the flange location for the vent to raise the flange above the fuselage attachemnt. This worked out fairly well.
I did discover one unforeseen problem that will require attention. The canopy latch handle interferes with the air vent. I will likely need to tim the handle to allow full function.
The front hing brackets for the canopy were re-installed and torqued to 25 inlbs.
The radio stack support on F22 were installed.
The ADSB-In antennae was mounted in the nose on the previously attached flanges.
The air cylinder attachment for the font hinged canopy was re-installed.
