The avionics rack that will support the Garmin GNS 430W and the audio panel was constructed and installed. The rack is a 1/2x1/2" aluminum angle connected to a 1/16" sheet of alumunum. Tthe Garmin rack was fastened using black instrumnet brasss 8-32 screws and an AN365 stop nut. The two front screws on each side also connected to one of the vertical ribs on the instrument panel. The angle rod extended back to F22 and is connected using a larger1.5x1.5" alum angle that is fasten to F22 using click bonds.
