The inside rib 3 BID layup was completed on the winglet. The foam was micro'd prior to the layup. Two bids were used on the top and bottom, and another 2 BID were layed up over the location of the hinges.
The rudder rib glass was cut out and micro applied to the foam in the rudder. The 3 BID layup was completed. 2 BID were layed up over the hinge locations and at the bottom. The top was small enough to have the 3 BID curl around to cover it also.
