The F705 bulkhead is pretty frustrating. The instructions don't tell you much about how to line things up and in what order to do things. It basically tells you to take a bunch of pieces, clamp them together and drill them. It doesn't give you much in the way of alignment. I figured it out and got to work. First, I cut the F605 bar to length and centered it on the bulkhead after I drew a centerline on it. I drilled that using the bulkhead as a guide. I cut the spacer to size using a hacksaw (1/4" thick aluminum is no fun cutting with a hacksaw) and squared it up to the bar and drilled it for the AN3 bolt. Then I marked some reference marks, including a centerline on the bent bars and drilled them to the bulkhead. All in all I spent more time staring at the drawings and measuring and trying to figure out a clamping strategy than I actually spent drilling holes.
