10/29/19 6.22Hrs Two stainless steel hinges were not made from MS20257-C2-300. The hinges were match-drilled #40 with VENT-00001CE. The hinges will have to be replaced because the hinges were not properly alinged with VENT-00001CE. VENT-00001A-L&R were separated and deburred. VENT-00001B was final-drilled #30
11/22/19 11Hrs 1. Two VENT-00001D were cutted out from MS20257-C2 stainless steel hinge. The hinge pins were trimmed according to the length of the finished parts.
2. One hinge was match-drilled #40 with one VENT-00001CE. This was repeated with the remaining hinge.
3. The #40 holes of the VENT-00001D hinges were dimpled as required.
4. The VENT-00001E template was separated and then discarded from the VENT-00001CE.
5,6 . The VENT-00001A-L & -R and F-14103 were separated and final drilled as required.
7. The VENT-00001A-L & -R and VENT-00001B, FF-00084 and VENT-00001B were primed.
8. The #40 holes were countersunk in the VENT-00001D and VENT-00001F as required.
11/28/19 3 Hrs 9. Both VENT-00001C were dimpled as required. 10. One of the two VENT-00001C was riveted to the VENT-00001D and VENT-00001F because the other one was painted incorrectly. 11. The VENT-00001B was riveted to the VENT-00001A-L & -R as required.
12/05/19 3 Hrs After he other VENT-00001C was painted. It was riveted to the VENT-00001D and VENT-00001F.
