31/03/2021 0.66 hours. 1. Clecos were installed in the U-00007, the hinge pin was inserted and both U-00007Bs were positioned inside the trailing edfe pf the U-00007. 2. The rivet marks on the U-00007B were aligned with the end holes in the U-00007 and the ends og one U-00007B was clamped in place. 3. The U-00007B was match-drilled #40 to the U-00007. 4. With the first U-00007B clecoed in place, the second one was placed and match-drilled #40 the other side of the U-00007.
01/04/2021 1.60 hours. 5. The rivet holes in both sides of the U-00007 were countersank, the clecos and both U-00007Ba were removed from the U-00007. The U-00007 was final trimmed. 6. Both U-00007Bs were riveted to the U-00007. 7. The U-00007 was fitted to the WD-1201-1. The U-00007 was align with screws, then the hinge pin was inserted through both U-00007Bs. The U-00005A-1 and U-00005B were intalled. 8. the nose wheel was rotated from side to side with a good clearance
