02/28/20: 1.12Hrs
5 & 6: CT A-740 was pulled to length and then trimmed.

1: The vent door was riveted to the lower firewall and F-14103.

03/23/20 3.2Hrs

Step 2 The vent inlet assembly was "cleco" to the left side of the firewall. The vent door was filed to remove interference with the Vent inlet assembly.
3.The same for the right side (co-pilot's side)
4.The vent inlet assemblies were riveted to the firewall and F-14103. The Vent Inlet assembly was installed with the FF-00084 on the right side.
5. The knob of each CT A-740 BLACK was pulled out and created a minimum gap between the knob and shank.
6. The CT A-740 BLACK was trimed to the indicated length with a die grinder.

7. The knob of each CT A-740 BLACK was pushed. The "cushio gap" remained between the knob and shank.

03/24/20: 2.6Hrs
8: The vents were fully closed,


03/25/20: 0.68Hrs
9: With the vents fully closed, the cables were routed and secured with the hardware shown, then, a pair of 332P washers were used to leave the cushion gap on the cable knob, then the cable was secured to the vents. It was confirmed that the vent could fully opened and the half-way operation was correct.
