1: Did not apply.
2: T-01231 was clecoed to F-1277-R-1 and its circurference was traced onto the latter.
3 - 5: F-1277B was positioned between the turtle deck skins and the roll bar brace and adjusted laterally to balance its overlap, then it was pushed aft to contact the turtle deck skins.
6: The window was clamped to the roll bar.
7: The contact points between F-1232B L&R and the window were marked.
8: Several distances were measured between the window and F-1231A FL&FR. The shortest was: 1/8.
9: The window was removed.
10: The protective film was removed from the window.
11: Material was removed from from the window according to the contact points made on step 7. A total of 5/32 of glass was removed.
Worked on step 12

02/06/20: 1Hr
12: The window was repositioned to verify proper fit, then removed.
13: The corners were rounded.
14 & 15: The window was reinstalled and electrical tape was taped to the window leaving a 1/16" gap between it and the turtle skin.
