01/14/20: 3Hrs 1. The holes on the bottom cowl were match-drilled onto both F-12116 and F-12117 hinges. 3.The hinge pins were coated with dry lubricant. 4.Both F-12115-1 hinges were clamped to the bottom cowl and were match-drilled #40.
01/20/20: 2Hrs Step 1 had to be reworked, F-12116-R didn't match as closely as desired so the hinge was removed and a new hinge was drilled and riveted.
01/21/20: 2.66Hrs (Step 1 rework) New F-12116 and F-12117 hinges were trimmed and drilled, some holes were expanded so they were filled with epoxy.
01/22/20: 0.75Hrs (Step 1 rework) F-12117-L was remade, drilled and riveted.
