11/19/19 3.68 Hrs 1. The WD-1201 was attached to the Fuselage. Worked on step 2. 3. The SF 4048 was greased. The nose fork assembly was painted and slided with both U-611 as required and the MS21025-20 was threaded.
12/09/19 5Hrs The SF-4048-12 Bushings were greased and then the Nose fork assembly and the two U-611 washers were slided onto the WD-1201. Finally the MS21025-20 was threaded as required. 4. A wire was threaded through the bolt holes used to secure the Nose Wheel and then a spring scale was attached to the end of the wire. Meanwhile, the MS21025-20 nut was tighten until the force of 19lbs was measured. Using the nut as drill guide #30 holes were match-drilled on both sides of the nose gear leg for the cotter pin. Step 5 NA.
