1. EA EXHST/COWL SHIELD was applied to the COWL 12iS bottom.
2. The heat shield was rubbed with a stiff plastic hard rolle.
3. The edges of the heat shield was sealed with a thin layer of epoxy.
4. The COWL 12iS top and bottom were placed on the fuselage and hinge pins and screws were inserted.

01/21/20: 3.25Hrs
The Cowl shield was installed onto the bottom cowl, the edges were sealed using an epoxy mix.

01/22/20: 0.5Hrs
5. It was verified that there is a 1/32" - 0.050" uniform gap between the cowls.
6. The perimeter of the COWL 12 OIL DOOR was cleared to fit
7. The COWL 12 OIL DOOR and COWL- 00008B were contersunk.
8. The lungs were riveted to the top cowl
9. The COWL-00008A and COWL-00007 were riveted to the COWL 12 OIL DOOR
10. . The COWL-00008A and COWL-00007 were attached with the indicated hardware.
