Step 2: Both L & R AST assemblies were installed to the stabilator assembly using hinge pins previously fabricated.
Step 3: Both L & R AST assemblies were attached together.
Step 4: The hinge pins were rotated for their bends to lay against the stabilator assembly. The bent ends of both hinge pins were fastened with safety wire.
