11/09/18: 4Hrs 1. HS-1220 was separated. 2. HS-1220-L was countersunk #40. 3. HS-1230 was riveted to HS-1220-L. 4. The upper flange of the skin was riveted to HS-1219 leaving the reference hole open. 5. The hinge AN257-P3 was trimmed to create four hinges with a length of 32 1/2" 6,7. HS-1223 was used as a guide to match-drill #30 the previous hinges.
11/10/18: 4.5Hrs Fixed a gap that was between one of the ribs and HS-1220
11/13/18: 2.83Hrs: A gap on the other HS-1220 was fixed, while removing a rivet, the hole expanded on both the rib and HS-1220. A call to Van's confirmed we could expand the hole #30 and use a AN426-4-3.5.
