10/31/18 7.76Hrs 1. Two F-1202Y were fabricated 2. A centerline was marked on each F-1202Y and they were match-drilled using F-1202H. 3. F-1202M was countersunk #30 in a total of 7 places. 4. The nutplate rivet holes on F-1202H were countersunk #40. 5. 9 holes on F-1202H were dimpled #30. 6,7 . The nutplate screw holes on F-1202H were final-drilled #17 and dimpled #8.
11/01/18: 1.75 Hrs Worked on step 9 riveting nutplates.
01/04/19: 1.5Hrs 7. F-1202M, and F-1202Y were clecoed to F-1202H-L. 8. The nutplate screw hole that's under F-1202M was final-drilled 1/4. 9. F-1202M, F-1202Y and the nutplates were riveted to F-1202H. 10. All the steps were replicated on both ribs during each step.
