09/21/18: 3.33 hrs 1. Ribs #4 and #5 were dimpled #30 in three nutplate places each. 2. Three holes were dimpled #30 on the middle flange of #4 and #5. 3. One hole was dimpled in the aft flange of #4 and #5. 4. Three nutplates were riveted in the forward flange of #4 and #5 5. Six holes were final drilled #19 on rib #5, five were final drilled #19 on #4 and one was final drilled #12 on rib #4 as a mistake, Van's confirmed clearance that this rib can be worked on despite this mistake. 6. F-1269 was clecoed to rib #3.
9/24/18: 4Hrs 7,8 . Three holes were final-drilled #30, four holes were final-drilled #12 and material was removed in rib #3 as Figure 2 shows. 9. AN52-10R10 screw with called-out hardware and it was given a torque of 28lb/in. 10. Three nutplates were installed in ribs #2, #3, #6, #7.
