Going back to the finish kit, no steps were completed but several substeps of step 2 of **Page 39iS/U-02** were:
We countersunk to fit the #10 screws, we used a #12 countersink. We match-drilled and riveted the 10 holes. And we filled the weld on the center of the canopy frame, apparently one of the sides was filed a bit more as shown in the pictures, so we’ll have to contact Van’s to make sure this is not a problem.
