We worked on page 36A-02 that is the fairing section. We did the steps 1 to 5 of both fairing (left and right) on the step 1 we sanded the excess of material for proper fit. Then, we trimmed the parts on the scribe line and sanded for best result. On the next step, we had to square the both U-0001B to ¾” and cut the opening.
We assembled the pieces together and checked that mate as accurately as possible, for this we must cut and sanded more times.
On page 36A-03 we did the step 1. We checked the length of the four U-0002, after that we deburred the excess of material to prevent damage.
On step 2 we had to check the alignment between the holes of U-0002 and the dimples marked on the fairing. As the holes were not aligned we had to cut and sand the U-0001A again.
