Today the steps 1 2 3 24iS / U-08 were carried out, in step 1 countersink was made to the 12 holes of the part F-012109A for the installation of rivets AN426AD3-3.5 & - 4, these were made manually with a countersink pilot # 40. Later in step 2 thetwo lower nutplates were installed onto the F-012109A, we were careful with these while installing because the rivet required by the plane protrudes and causes the shop to look as a shoe. Finally, the nutplates and rivets that join the piece F-012109A to the flanges of the pieces f-12109B-L & R. were installed. Note.- When installing a nutplates and the rivet length protrudes or is too long it is necessary to tighten slowly and move the manual riveter at different angles, to avoid a single inclination.
