Today working in service bulletin 18-02-02 about potential cracking in the horizontal stabilator front spar. We made steps 18 and 19 page 5 of 8 because the rejected part detected in stab hinge didn't allow for advancement, only HS-01231B and HS-01231A inboard hinge bracket assembly/outboard were installed
We riveted only the top surface HS-1201R of the main skin than its indicated in step 5 page 09-08, the part rejected didn't allow for advancement
