Today we finish with step 4 and 5 21iS / U-23 in this step, piece F-01213-L-1 & R-1 was riveted to parts F-01202F-1 and F-01203A-1. In the pieces F-01213-L-1 & R-1 were installed 2 nutplaces which was a bit difficult to hold because the access was a bit narrow, we opted to put a rivet inside the nutplate using it as a guide and so to be able to sustain it with cleco. Note.- a rivet was removed, this was placed with the pneumatic riveter and a wedge, which the pressure of this riveter made a small burr in the center of the rivet, then opted to use a manual riveter.
Steps 1 to 8 were also carried out. 21iS / U-24 bushes and nutplates were installed in part F-01207B-1, then it was riveted to parts F-1206G-R & L. In step 8 a PAD was installed in the aft central section Bulkhead.
The steps from 1 to 5 were carried out in which the pieces F-12131, F-12130A, F-12130B, FF-00088AB, F-01257-1 were separated into two parts. The later was made dimpling # 30 and # 40 and they were placed dimping step 5 was made the piece FF-00093 of a tube AT6-058X5 / 16.
